Hongkongers have been told to be more tolerant of different views as a survey found that divisions within society have become a more prominent cause of poor mental health.
The survey, conducted between July and September by government departments and NGOs involved in organising mental health month, revealed that 31.6 per cent of the 1,500 respondents aged 15 or above suffered from unsatisfactory mental health, up from 29.4 per cent last year.
