Three bar operators have been charged with violating a government order to close all bars and pubs amid the coronavirus pandemic.Prosecutors told Kowloon City Court on Monday that two venues in Tsim Sha Tsui had flouted a health regulation that temporarily banned premises mainly used for the sale of alcohol from opening.On April 10, police arrested Lam Pak-wang, 41, the owner of the Virgo bar, and Ng Tan, 49, the bar’s manager.
