The Covid-19 transmission rate has hit a two-month high in Hong Kong, a university report revealed on Thursday, as a medical source said the city faced 17 new cases, most of which were locally transmitted.According to the source, the new infections include nine from the private disabled care facility Home of Treasure in Kwai Chung.
